Democracy for New Mexico is a grassroots activist group working to inform and empower ordinary citizens to take effective and creative political action to further progressive and Democratic goals.
We are loosely affiliated with Democracy for America, founded orginally by Howard Dean, and evolved out of the Dean for America Meetup group in Albuquerque.
Our membership Meetups in Albuquerque are held on the first Thursday of the month. Visit http://dfa.meetup.com/160/ to sign up for our listserve and join the Albuquerque DFA-DFNM Meetup group.
