Careful that when you add Related Sites, that the sites you add really are related. Thanks, Nathan (talk) 15:31, 1 October 2007 (PDT)
- Most probably these domains are related... Ott 16:06, 1 October 2007 (PDT)

Hello and welcome to AboutUs Ott! I added a new category to your PersonalPage - please revert if you think it is too soon. Also, if you could fill the pages that you are regularly linking in the related domains field out a bit, that would be cool. Best, MarkDilley
- Thank you! I think this is OK. Ott 01:31, 15 October 2007 (PDT)
I am confused :-)
Hi Ott, please help me understand these OpenNIC.glue and Nonish.net. They are not pointing to anything on the internet, let me know, best, MarkDilley
- Shortly, this is alternative root. Please read: OpenNIC. To use alternative domains you have to reconfigure your name server. "OpenNIC is a user controlled Network Information Center offering a democratic, non-national, alternative to the traditional Top-Level Domain registries." It is independent of icann.org, however all traditional top level domains are accessible throgh this alternative root. Wikipedia: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/OpenNIC & en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Alternative_DNS_root.
I am interested in this line of thinking, although this [link is not working and I still don't get the edits to OpenNIC.glue and Nonish.net. If you could help explain your thinking around those, that would be great. Best, MarkDilley
curious
Hey, what are your thoughts about adding this to Twitter.com. Best, MarkDilley
- probably not a good idea. Let's delete it. Ott 13:13, 6 September 2008 (PDT)
