Portland Tech/Upcoming Calendar
Hi Maham! First off, nice to meet you and welcome to the AboutUs Wiki!
I wanted to let you know why I undid your revert on the Portland Tech/Upcoming Calendar page. This was for two reasons:
1. The person making the edits may be taking over editing and updating the Portland Tech portal for us, so it's important to let her experiment unimpeded.
2. Even if we didn't know her, the edit was clearly made in good faith. What does this mean? It means that even if she wasn't the "owner" of the page or domain, what she did was not malicious in any way (it did not slander anyone or make unconstructive criticism, or hurt the formatting of the article), so even if you didn't think it was the best-looking edit, we still try and assume that people are editing with the page's (and the company's) best interest in mind. This value - called Assume Good Faith - is one of the core tenets of wiki work, and of AboutUs. I remember that one of the hardest things for me as an early wiki editor was learning to tell the difference between good faith edits and not, but it will get easier over time.

Thank you for the welcome message. I am new to Aboutus.org and am learning the ins and outs. Are familiar with how to edit the Title at the very top of the pages? I added my friends real estate site and it automatically gave it a title AvcareAleState.com which would be more appropriately AVCARealEstate.com as she is in AV (antelope valley) CA (california) Real Estate. Please let me know if you know how to adjust that.
