As I said, I have some domains for this. My vision for lists would go *far beyond* what twitter and digg are doing -- and hence would require a certain degree of sophistication with database design ... does aboutus have expertise and resources to go down such a path? (but I am not a big fan of the ODP approach -- it doesn't *scale* well) [[User:Nmw|Nmw]] 12:23, 17 September 2010 (PDT)

I like the new set-up with exact matches (just tried it with "music"). You could even extend this with links to matches *including* the word (either at left of at right, etc.). Am I right that the wiki page title is used as the descriptive text in these results? How is that database maintained? (for ex.: is it "open"?)

Hi Mark,  the contact info for Scoville (aka freespeechstore) is public information that he included in his court case against us (and thus available via numerous documents including the ones located at our website).  There's been concern in other forums about people who have been libeled/slandered by Scoville and wish a way to contact him/serve him given that he hides behind a privacy shield on his whois.  Given that I've had to go around undoing his vandalism ('aboritional hookups') to other people's pages, why is it that my attempt to provide factual info on him unconstructive?  [[User:brielle|brielle]] 09:31, 17 September 2010 (PDT)

Hello Mark, in the meantime I have learned a lot of CommunitySpirit and the CreativeCommons.com :-)

Are you interested to share the domain G CreateConnectCollaborate as G FreeGainSharing?

This means, if you agree, we only need to document it in public, here and at NamePros.com, for which we have a public cooperation agreement with their CEO.

You leave here on CreateConnectCollaborate.com your domain registrar, e.g. Name.com and you get it with 0.00USD (zero) acquisition and transaction costs. As soon as you sell it, we share in public our gain. You have my full initial trust.

fridemar 18:29, 21 September 2009 (PDT) PS.: Mark, you are active on so many channels, that only GoogleSideWiki+Twitter+Facebook+Twitter+... may help to reach you :-) fridemar 17:41, 24 September 2009 (PDT)

Si se pudeo!

Yes, *we can* in the new G WikiNomics era. The people, employed at Google are allowed to use all their Google infrastructure for their personal projects and ventures (one day a week), as long as they do it in accordance with the general business ethics of the employer. CreatingAndSharingWealth is in accordance with AboutUs and beyond. The FreeGainSharing offer (and more to come) goes to all the staff of AboutUs, including RayKing. If no one here helps to build the barn, I would be very sad. fridemar 05:14, 26 September 2009 (PDT)

I appreciate your urging - I work on the framework that WikiIsSlow - so please keep pinging me and much appreciation for you patience. Best, MarkDilley

Thank you Mark, your appreciation is welcome. What is your problem to not yet accepting the offer? My problem is, that I am now in a waiting state of indefinite duration. The longer the duration, the shorter the time for the recipient of my offer to monetize the domain without the need to incur additional costs. I would be really happy, if you would be the first one to trigger the process of SocialDomaining. To make this practice helpful for people in the developing part of our planet, we need a template transaction and a better understanding of the dynamics behind it.

This offer to you is meant as a template transaction.

For better understanding, I refer you and our readers to the bilinked page: TheTransitioner:Actions. If you answered there, this would increase our WebWeaving effect in another WikiNomics friendly community for building the Commons.

Mark, so if you have currently no time left, could you please perhaps forward the offer to one of your peers, preferably to poor, friendly and smart, RealPerson wikizens, ASAP, such that we can use the remaining time as best as possible for peer marketing. Thank you.

2pen or not 2pen ?

Hello Mark, having hopefully answered your question on 2pen to your satisfaction, I am looking forward to your response. Thank you. fridemar 16:35, 9 March 2010 (PST)

Meanwhile I have renewed the domain for the convenience of the potential (co-)owner.
A sign of your life would be greatly appreciated (such as ---^---- at least :-)

Hello Mark, you asked for the link, concerning my opinion on Adsense. Here is it: AboutusBlog:AdsenseAsWinWin

The svg files are not spoiled on Aboutus.org

Hello Mark, fortunately my steno-files are not spoiled at Aboutus.org. It costs me hours to recover them on: http://thanks.wikia.com/wiki/StenoWiki. It may be a help to the Aboutus Media Engine programmer, to see, why it works there, but not here. You might also want to have a look at http://thanks.wikia.com/wiki/Aboutus-steno.svg. --fridemar 15:20, 3 May 2010 (PDT)

Hallo Mark, Ted: if you want to rescue the domain Pennybank.biz give me notice, i.e. your portfolio ID at name.com, such that I can transfer it to you. --fridemar 12:13, 30 June 2010 (PDT) PS:pennybank.biz, Renewal 2010-07-08 otherwise it expires You might wish to have a look at FridemarsPublicDomainPortfolio

Hey Mark, I'm the guy who wrote that opensource/free culture text. Sorry, I saw your comment only now. Obviously, you are free to copy my whole text as it is also CC-by-sa licensed. Or do you me to help you port it to this site? Where do you think would it fit in best? Mauro Bieg 01:53, 9 July 2010 (PDT)

I'm OK (maybe even fine ;) -- thanks! :D

A long time ago Ted told me about lists and crap like that (reminds me, I have "lists" domains :D

Anyways, I tried tagging some pages but apparently I couldn't figure out how to do it. I punched the words into the tag box and pressed the button, then everything (more or less) seemed to disappear into the oblivion commonly referred to as limbo (or, perhaps, cyberspace?)

Is this place only for Ph.D.'s? ;P Nmw 18:06, 16 September 2010 (PDT)
