Description
Road Sprinkler Fitters Local Union 669, U.A., AFL-CIO, educates and furnishes the fire protection industry with capable installers of fire sprinkler systems. Local 669 signed their first agreement in 1915. Today their numbers surpass 11,000 and the local represents members in 47 different states.Local 669 is unique in that it is a road local and the typical bench seen in most craft unions doesn't exist within this local union.
Local 669 dedicates a considerable amount of time and money into the education and training of it's apprentices and journeymen as well. The local continually focuses on increasing the knowledge and skill required to install and troubleshoot a quality fire protection system.
