Title

Description
Sunset magazine’s current travel issue devotes a full page to telling readers about how “Art Makes Waves in Hermosa Beach,” lauding Gallery C and the Klade Gallery, and describing the Java Man coffeehouse as an “artsy alternative” to franchise java joints.
The spread also shows a vibrant Pier Plaza and the Sharkeez, Patrick Molloy’s and Treasure Chest storefronts. The advertising section includes ads for the Beach House Inn and HBchamber.net, the website of the Hermosa Beach Chamber of Commerce and Visitors Bureau.
The city’s annual Dog Parade and Trick Show takes place 11 a.m. to about 1:30 p.m. Sunday, with the canines parading along the greenbelt from Pier Avenue to Valley Park where the tricks will be performed.
