I am often curious who is behind sites I visit so I have decided to include a short bio of those who run this show.
My name is David McAmmond and live in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. I have been practicing / teaching yoga for about 30 years and have been most influenced by the Iyengar school. My main interest is restorative yoga so I have traveled to India on several occasions to further my study in this area.
