Users like this guy give AboutUs.org a bad name, especially when they can trick the simple minded staff so easily. He checks the article everyday? I wonder why he would do that if he were only trying to legitimately make a review about the site. I also wonder why he feels the need to try to argue against everybody else who reviewed the site and have to get in the last word on anything said? Why does this person make claims that he cannot substantiate (ie: ever being a member of the site). No wonder everybody from the wikipedia staff looks down on this place.

That is great, please post it like you did with the picture of "Slander and Libel". I will take a screenshot of my copy as well and post it if you do. EDIT-While you're at it, please post the proof you claimed to have had that I am the same person who hacked your website months ago, the proof you claim to have that I, Raikolives, and Max are the same person, and your proof of the lies you say in your site's history.

EDIT-Funny how you've been so extremely quick to make edits in the last hour, but now when you once again make a claim to have proof of something, you go absolutely quite. Maybe you are photoshopping the picture?

blanking of reviews

I'm not sure that you can keep me locked out of editing the article of my own site. Isn't that against AboutUs's policy or something? Is it against the law even? It is completely within AboutUs's policies that I can blank any review I want. It only says that they do not recommend doing so because it looks like I am hiding things and that it is best to respond. I chose to blank them, it's none of your business. Quote: "If a negative review is stated in a non-constructive manner, sometimes the best option is deletion." I'd like to know exactly what is constructive about some random anonymous person that saying all I do is write lies. Sad that I know the guidelines better than you. -Xander756

The page does not belong to you. It does not belong to me. It does not belong to Legna. It belongs to the community. And it's up to the community to decide how to handle this dispute. I am not aware that the blanking of reviews has been tolerated anywhere on this site. Yes, when an IP (a person without a login) comes and writes "this site sucks and the owner fancies little girls," this will be removed, because it's unconstructive and doesn't allow for any dialog. Legna is clearly a persistent real person, and one that seems to have some experience with you and your site. I'm not aware of a single case where a review from a person like that has been allowed to be removed. If there are parts of the review that are unconstructive, please point them out, and they can be discussed among you, Legna, and the rest of the community. The review in question is not a review about the website but it is reviewing the article that is on AboutUs. His "review" simply states that everything I write on our AboutUs article is a lie. I am curious how bluntly stating what I write is false is constructive in any way? It would be like a gaming magazine reviewing a video game by saying the developers are assholes. It wouldn't make any sense. Secondly, the reviewer also has failed to substantiate any claims he's had that he's related to the site in any way. I've contacted him asking him about this and all he seems to say is "I was a member". Oh okay. Third, I think that his persistence should be evidence enough that he is not here to review the site, but here to harass me. He says he checked the article everyday for months on end to make sure it wasn't changed. He join AboutUs solely to edit this article and has never edited any other article on here since. He has been banned from my forum SEVEN times for spamming and harassment of members (members pleaded with him to stop posting and he wouldn't). His initial IP matched the IP of someone who had hacked my site a few months ago. Are you going to tell me that all of these things combined do not raise yours or anybody elses suspicions? The issue here is NOT that it was a "bad" review. My site is on another site that solely is used for people to review it and I've gotten some bad ones before, it's no big deal. The issue is that this review had nothing to do with the site and was made only with bad intent. I am also curious that you claim the article "does not belong to me (you)" but yet you somehow believe you have the authority to dictate what can and cannot be deleted. -Xander756, Oct 14.

Everything he just said is either a lie, mis-quote, or has been mis-construed. I'm not going to do this crap again, but do not start lieing about me or what I have done. You have never contaced me. By banning me numerous time on your website you have just proven that I have famialarity with your website. I have neve said I was a member, I in fact said in one of my reviews that I was not a member. I did in fact stop posting on your message board after having a very pleasant conversation with two of your members who said they agree with me about you, but they enjoy the game enough to ignore you. I did not hack your site, the IP's do not match, and I am not a part of DBZ Rising. Stop lieing, do you understand me? I no longer want to deal with the crap this issue is producing, and as such, I will leave your false article alone. Tell all the lies you want about your site, but I will not tolerate you lieing about me. I don't want to bother counting how many times you have claimed to have proof but refused to show it.
