Often I run out of ideas on what give to give someone as Ive already perhaps given them that gift or the gift is too boring. Giving the gift of "experience" is a whole new deal.     Dear Xperience Days management,

    I wanted to send this email in recognition of some of the best customer service I have experienced in a long time.

    I purchased an Xperience Days skydiving trip on a United Way fund-raiser through my company. I was given some American Express gift certificates that expired very soon and ultimately did not fit into my time frame. I called your company and spoke to Jasmine, expecting a bit of a fight on pushing the date back a little.

    Jasmine was very friendly and accommodated my needs in a very timely and efficient manner. I sent the certificates back to her and received confirmation and the new certificates the same day they were received. Unbelievable.

    I am greatly looking forward to my skydiving trip this year, and while I have been before, this will be a first for my wife. Unless there is poor customer service when I am in California (which I don't expect), it is without reservation I will recommend your company/services to my friends and colleagues.
