I recently (July 7th) sent a memory card from my digital camers to your Pittsburg location with my order marked "express" - - my photos were rec'd on July 20th and came from your MD office - - was Pittsburg shut down then? I feel that I lost my "express" mode ? ? The photos were processed excellently. HHecky
