Mad Chatter (frustrated) : A private domain registration is strange. When I tried to order a machine and had a problem the rep said "he was the "ceo". When I asked if there was any room in the price he told me if I wanted shit to go to Ebay. Actually your phone rep did me a favor because after speaking to a major datacenter I got some feed back on 3 boxes they had there. No wind tunnels or silicon sealing, poor ventilation and generally the power button was worn from reboots. . I was treated like beggar simply for asking for a discount. Our company is one of the largest in it's field. We could literally buy you lockstock and barrel and not blink. Later that day I spent 20,000 at another company on servers I could have got for 16K from you. Just because your CEO has a bad attitude. . It's unfortunate that not doing business face to face gives some people the urge to have no respect. I was a U.S. Marine for 5 years and am a 2nd Dan in Akido. If this man spoke to me like that in person things would have been much different. But then again face to face he would have been nothing but polite. . With your quality in question you could at least have your CEO get some manors. ~~~~~
