Add a logo or links

Parameters (and defaults)

border = color of the border (default is #35727A)
title-background = background color of the title (default is #35727A)
title-color = color of the title text (default is #ffffff)
main-background = background color for the main box (default is #eeffdf)
height = height of the box -- text in the news larger than this will automatically generate a "scroll box" (default is 140px)
title = Text for the title of the box
news = news item, text or transcluded page
links = the "quick" list for links, images, etc.
