- C.S. Scott is an accountant, business owner, and published writer/researcher based in the Pacific Northwest. He studied at Eastfield college in Dallas, Texas, focusing on criminology and journalism, and served as a staff member on the campus news production team for two years. During the 1990s, Scott spent seven years as a District Circulations Manager at a mid-sized city newspaper (100,000 daily circulation) and wrote as an independent freelance writer for several regional publications. Scott comes from a military family with a lengthy record of service to the United States, and has a life-long interest in military history. Each Monday, he co-authors the Winds of War Briefings at Winds of Change and serves as the contributing editor at Security Watchtower.
