About Michael Martine
I live in Montpelier, Vermont with my lovely wife, Denise, and my stepdaughter and my stepgrandchild. I have twin stepsons who are out on their own, though they’re in Vermont, too. I totally freaking love it here.
I have done freelance web and blog design work in the past. I can make a fairly decent WordPress theme, and occasionally I’ll create a new theme and release it for free. I began doing that in order to create calling cards to attract and land custom theme design work. I have another blog in addition to this one (archives only). Anything I do in addition to that has to be something I’m going to really enjoy. I’ve also done some SEO (search engine optimization) work, as well.
By day, I’m an instructor for computer applications. I show people how to do cool stuff in Microsoft Office, how to design websites, how to manage projects and use Microsoft Project.
