FIX Restaurant and Bar
Andrew Sasson, whose Light Group nightlife properties Light, Caramel and Mist have dazzled Las Vegas and quickly become the city's hottest clubs, launched his first restaurant venture, FIX, at the AAA Five Diamond award-winning Bellagio.
FIX is an intimate and beautifully designed restaurant inviting guests to experience an approachable, high-quality menu with professional, detailed service in a fun, energetic environment. Whether the guest is interested in a pre-show dinner or a lively late-night-dining experience, FIX is the ideal destination.
"Andrew has proven himself to be the premier nightclub operator in the country and has brought the same energy and excitement to his restaurant FIX," comments Bill McBeath, president of Bellagio.
Executive Chef Brian Massie, formerly of the N9NE Restaurant Group and the Aureole Restaurant Group, oversees a menu offering the best in classic American fare. The menu focuses on simply prepared, high-quality fish, meat and poultry cooked to order on a wood-burning grill. Fresh breads are baked on premise to ensure a warm welcome. A great variety of dishes, such as custom-designed Shellfish Platters for sharing, and desserts like Bubble Gum Vanilla Floats, cater to guests' every culinary whim. An extensive specialty cocktail menu is featured in the bar and lounge area.
The design group Graft Labs, a world-renowned leader in urban modern design, created the vibrant and unique design at FIX, providing a warm and welcoming environment. Featured in both Interior Design and Hospitality Design for its sophisticated design and décor, FIX incorporates Costa Rican Padouk wood features and banquets built on different levels, creating a dually intimate and expansive experience. Graft Labs is also responsible for the outstanding design of STACK, The Light Group's second culinary venture at The Mirage.
Director of Restaurant Operations Oliver Wharton is world renowned and is celebrated as the "master of efficiency". Oliver brings his management, service and industry expertise to FIX following his varied background working alongside restaurant leaders Jean-George Vongerichten in New York and London and Michael Mina in California and Las Vegas.
JET Nightclub
The Light Group, which set the standard for Las Vegas nightlife and dining with its sophisticated, stylish and celebrity-attracting Light Nightclub, Caramel Bar & Lounge and FIX Restaurant & Bar at Bellagio, STACK Restaurant & Bar at The Mirage and Mist Lounge at Treasure Island, introduces the latest evolution of nightlife artistry with JET Nightclub at The Mirage.
The Mirage, which introduced the concept of destination resort to the Las Vegas Strip in 1989, has undergone a transformation intended to recapture its leading-edge position in an increasingly competitive tourism market. JET, the first nightclub ever to open at The Mirage, is one of two new Light Group creations at the hotel; STACK Restaurant & Bar is the other.
JET combines 15,000 square feet of space with a modern multi-level environment. Meticulous attention to detail is evident throughout, setting a stunning scene for the ultimate nightlife experience. A one-of-a-kind light and laser grid, state-of-the-art cryogenic effects' systems and the absolute best sound design technology available puts JET in a class of its own and on the leading edge.
Catering to a variety of tastes, JET features three distinct rooms, each a unique space with its own dance floor, DJ booth and sound system. The main room offers the best of rock, hip-hop and popular dance music. Another room is dedicated to house music spun by guest and international DJs while the other plays an eclectic mix of music ranging from 80s to rock. Four full-service libation bars offer creative specialty cocktails. European bottle service is featured in each room.

STACK Restaurant & Bar
The Light Group's second restaurant venture, STACK Restaurant & Bar at The Mirage, follows the same innovative formula as its "sister" restaurant, FIX Restaurant & Bar at Bellagio, offering sumptuous food and detailed service in a warm, comfortable and modern setting.
The menu, created by Executive Chef Brian Massie, reflects a return to fun, approachable American cuisine focusing on top-quality grilled fish, meat and poultry and an assortment of playful small plate items, "many of which don't even require a fork," states Massie.
Among the micro-dishes on the menu are Pigs in a Blanket, Roasted Tomato Soup with a Grilled-Cheese Mini Sandwich, Miso Black Cod Lettuce Cups, Mini Kobe Chili-Cheese Dogs, Adult Tater Tots and desserts such as Jelly Doughnut "Munchkins" and Mini Cheesecakes. All items are offered with an emphasis on presentation.
The high-energy bar and lounge serves a full menu and features specialty cocktails.
STACK was designed by Graft, the award-winning firm that also created the unique interior at FIX Restaurant & Bar. The high ceilings and warm mahogany "stacked" walls at STACK create a canyon-like feel, a design effect which draws guests into the space from the casino floor.
STACK provides spacious seating and accommodations for both small and large parties around custom round mahogany tables. The restaurant is equipped to seat 48 guests in the lounge, 18 at the slate topped bar, 175 in the main dining room and 24 in the private dining room.
SpaLofts
