RETURN POLICY: All of our products have a 30 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE. Simple send the product back via mail and insured within 30 days of receipt of product and we will happily refund your cost of the product. Unfortunately we cannot give you the cost of shipping to you nor your cost of returning the product to us. ALL REFUNDS ARE ISSUED BY CHECK AND NOT BY A CREDIT ON YOUR CREDIT CARD. Please allow 7 days for check to be issued after merchandise is received, examined and deemed to be ok for restocking and sales.

DELIVERY METHOD: We use the United States Postal Service and usually ship within 2-3 business days. Unless told otherwise, we ship First Class Mail for items under 2 pounds. Over two pounds and to Zones 5,6,7,8, we ship Priority Mail unless told otherwise. We use the Delivery Confirmation for items under $30.00. For items of value over $30.01 we do insure them.
