Founded in 1997, Gamebits has enjoyed weekly publication ever since, reviewing hundreds of games, consoles, and trade shows. Though Gamebits has since expanded to include other services, delivery of the column to print outlets remains the focus. The Gamebits logo is by Jeff Haynes.
Syndication: Gamebits is intended for a print media audience, and thus is available for syndication to newspapers. The column has enjoyed exposure in large metro papers such as The Boston Herald, smaller, suburban dailies, and weekly college newspapers. Articles are delivered on a weekly basis with related image files for editors to choose from. The weekly cost varies, depending on your paper's size, audience, and publication schedule. The website: Gamebits.net is an online archive of Gamebits columns. It is not intended to compete with other gaming web sites that offer late-breaking news, cheat codes, company directories, or banner ads, as those features are not part of the Gamebits service. The relatively simple design and content-driven nature of the site makes it easy to update and maintain, so that the site does not infringe upon the time necessary to research and write the Gamebits weekly column.
