Also, you can hire whoever you want in your business. So if you want to hire a computer programmer from India, you can do so without having to apply for government permits. This could be done on a barge anchored someplace, on a yacht or mini cruise ship,
A yacht with crew, cooks, maids, and all is too expensive for the average person. However, in a condominimum association you share the costs of the crew and cooks with a bunch of other people. Because of this you can live like the really rich without being really rich.
We could have containers that we put on individual foam mats for people to live in their own space, but that we could quickly load onto a container ship to move if hurricane coming.
