I make sure that my clients are informed about their plans, available options to those plans, and impending changes in rates, benefit levels or plan designs. Originally from western New York State, my family and I have resided in California since 1989 and in Gilroy since 1998. As a graduate of the University of South Florida, I earned a BA in Russian with concentrations in Economics and History. As a military veteran, I served on active duty in the United States Air Force from 1977-1986. As an intelligence analyst and linguist, I attended the Defense Language Institute in Monterey, CA from 1977-78 and 1982-83 where I studied Russian and Polish. I continue my service today as a member of the US Air Force Active Reserve.
