Introduction ,then some reflections on private investigation
I am Haiszky Ernő, a private detective. As a private entrepreneur, I began a self-reliant activity in 2004, after a 15 year service at the operative section of National Security. Our enterprise offers our costumers all services of private investigation. Much to the succesfullness of this undertaking was contributed by the professional and juristic knowledge which I had gained from a former activity; My wife with her more than ten-years of experience as a private lawyer, was also a great help for me. How to use special technical devices and adopt methods, I was taught by my partners with whom I am bound by contract namely the HUBEL MAGYAR-BELGA Ltd and their high- qualified specialists. My opinion and programme is that with a proper professional knowledge good attitude, and working with adequate partners, our activity will be effective, really outstanding and it will suit the requirements of our customers.
Naturally, I am a member of the Trade Chamber of Protection Persons and Property and Private Investigation. (SZVMSZK). I am also in possession of necessary permissions given by the police and a responsibility insurance. Some reflections on private investigation
A private detective is commissioned by a contract that he, with his professional knowledge takes the interests and asserts the rights of the customers. Thus he collects data, verifies data, throws light on events and proves them, that is, he gives trustworthy information to his customers, or sometimes their counsels; They then, by analysis of the data and considering the conclusion make well-founded decisions on matters concerning both business and private life.
All my respects to the staff of the investigation authority who work for the sake of legitimate function of the society. As for the private investigation, it is a very similar, still very different occupation, with financial and confidental aspects; It is an investigating, analytical, fact-finding and appraising business. The work of a private detective and his decisions are usually not affected by bureaucracy, so well-known in the offices. Thus he can make his own decisions so that the preoperative and preliminary tasks be completed in time and well. He may also choose the methods and means to be used. Other advantages of this work are flexibility and the unlimited time at disposal.
The investigating procedures at investigating authorities are usually public, while a private detective collects data almost always in a conspirative way and discretly. Thus he can gain information which are impossible to get, or take a long time to acquire when searched by investigating organs, in public. The services of private detectives are usually empolyed in cases which are beyond the sphere of authority of administrative organs, or when the facts of the affair can?t be made public, because it would offend the interests of the costumer. To be a private detective you need not only a proper qualification, you also must have a self-discipline and problem-solving aptitude, an innovative and creative cast of mind, knowledge of mankind and several other important qualities. To do the work of the private detective succesfully, you have to know well the matters and processes of civic rights rather than those of criminal law (Civil Code, Society Law, Judiciary Enforcement). In any case, you need the help of a reliable lawyer who has got some court-room experience.
The man of the XX.-XXI. century cannot exist without the technical achievements, so a private detective also needs the help of technical devices which often can be used only with the permission of authorities, or it requires an engineer?s qualification to employ them. So, with a legal background, technically I am backed up by a partner.

Does he/she have a permission to begin a private enterprise, etc.?)
- Take stock and search of property.
- Examination of the cause of damage for insurance companies, checking the circumstances, when they were reported. Verification of insurance swindle if there was such. - Watching persons, events, locales. (mapping daily, weekly ? or or as demanded ? movements, activities, contacts.) Recording the facts with different technical devices.
- Watching a point or a moving (person)
- Searching a hiding or a lost person, finding out his/her actual permanent residence, at home or in the member countries of European Union.
- Study of living conditions and examination of way of life.
- Statement of the fact that a partner in life/marriage is suspected of infidelity, recording the events with special technical devices.
- Gaining evidence both in civil and criminal cases.
- Searching for a pedigree.
- Performing tasks on the basis of private conference.
