It is sad to say that the subject of missing children draws little concern from the average citizen unless they are effected directly. However, there are some few out of millions that have taken measures to combat this ongoing and growing problem. Organizations like Amber Alert, The National Center for Missing and Exploted Children, and websites like ChildSearch.us pour their time and efforts into helping to relieve this problem with little staffing and in most cases no financial help. The folks running these organizations and websites have to seek out staffing help and financial help with much resistance from the public.

These children are the future of this country. Shouldn't we be more concerned and more willing to help?
