The research in the field Electronic Markets Management covers issues related to transforming value crea-tion structures, driven by technologies such as the Internet, Mobile Communication and new developments such as ‘Ambient Intelligence’. In close relation to this the re-search area of Communications Management focuses on inter- and intra-organizational communication issues in order to accelerate transformational processes and the adop-tion of new technologies and thus to reduce inefficiencies during change processes.
