Several years ago, Heather Lounsbury, L.Ac. worked with a well known acupuncturist who traveled with numerous musicians as their physician. He taught her all the ins and outs of this type of work & the great benefits performers would reap professionally and personally from Heather taking her talents on tour. This experience first planted the idea of ‘Breathe’ into Heather’s mind, which is now a successful reality. The company Breathe combines the three things she is most passionate about- total health, travel, and music.
Before starting Breathe, Heather Lounsbury, L.Ac. treated several musicians and actors and knew exactly what their very specific needs were. Working on sets and in studios is a common occurrence in Los Angeles for many healthcare providers, and Breathe is takes it to the next level. Breathe provides a large variety of holistic healthcare services by several talented and experienced healers and physicians. All of them have excelled in their line of work and now share their expertise with performers all over the world.
We now work with several artists, locally and when they travel. Breathe helps its clients perform, look and feel their best by supporting them in attaining physical and emotional balance. This ensures longevity in their careers and improvement in their health. Our goal is to make stress, pain, and fatigue a thing of the past for ALL touring artists.
