The mission is to preach the gospel of Jesus Christ and the Kingdom of God in all the world, make disciples in all nations and care for those disciples.
In simple terms the UCG is committed to understanding and practising Christianity as a practical, useful and fulfilling way of daily life. Members are encouraged to be involved in their community and to be lights to the world. They are taught to study and prove all things from the Word of God and are free to express themselves in an atmosphere of trust and openness in the church.
