After signing up, simply log in to your User Account and upload pictures, videos, and information about the properties. TxtAHouse.com will mail to you FREE reusable real estate sign riders. Then the realtor advertises the TxtAHouse.com code on a yard sign, rider, or in ads. When the property is viewed by a potential buyer on their mobile phone, the realtor is notified with the viewer's cell phone information and the property being viewed. This information is automatically recorded in your User Account to be viewed at a later time.
