- Dr. Bill Skinner graduated from undergraduate study at Luther College in northeast Iowa in 1993, by completing 4 years of study in 3 years. He then attended the University of Iowa College of Dentistry. Dr. Skinner has been practicing since 1997. He has been in his current location for 7 years and will be moving to a new state of the art dental facility on Plum Drive in Urbandale in May 2007. He also has a satellite office 1 1/2 days per week in Panora, Iowa. Since he began practicing dentistry, Dr. Skinner has kept up to date with numerous continuing educational classes (including orthodontics, TMJ, cosmetics,laser therapies etc), ensuring that his patients receive the most comprehensive and advanced dental care.
