The goal of the C/FST is to promote the use of consumer's feedback which will ultimately improve their quality of life. Hence, consumers are more active and involved in their services and recovery. The purpose of the Consumer and Family Satisfaction Team Program is to determine whether recipients of mental health, and/or drug and alcohol substance abuse services (adults, children and adolescents), and their families, are satisfied with the services they are receiving.
