- In March of 2001 my life "suddenly" changed for the better. After spending my preteen years in a community Methodist Church, I had not attended church but a few times up to March 2001 (I was 38 years old by then). It was then my wife begged me to get the kids (4 and 6 at that time) to Sunday School. They attend Bel Forest Christian Academy in Bel Air. Reluctantly, I finally took them. To my surprise, they had an Adult Class. How amazing to sit with adults and discuss the Bible. I truly enjoyed it. The real amazement happen when I sat through church. I had been raised in a church without "alter calls", and without the message of the need to accept Jesus Christ as our personal Lord and Savior.
