Ron Jacobson has many influences, including living overseas in a number of different cultures.Ron began his art with mixed media work, mostly acrylics, in 1991. Since then, he has worked in a number of different media and forms.Through his art, Ron initiates a dialog with viewers—stimulating them to use their own histories, perceptions and reactions as a way to enrich the art experience. This adds an intellectual dimension to Ron's art that is both challenging and expansive.
