Please note: this person can not be contacted ( the phone voice mail is always full or will cut you off),he is a spamer and uses bots and fake info to collect names and  email addresses. He uses these to send people to one or more of his many  duplicated sites pretending to loan or offer to loan you money. if you fill in the form you will get even more spam  email ( No one will lend you  money) I do not even own property and I was getting 10 to 20 of these a day with fake  names attached. offering to get me a  $365,000 loan for a property which I  don't own. Obviously they do not research, they just send out bulk emails. All the domains registered recently have been new as of Dec 2006. Be advised , It is very easy to buy up Domain names and start a web site, many re3gistrars offer cheaper prices in bulk.

If you get email from this person do a who is search, if my info  is correct you will see the exact same person attached to them. report them at the bottom of the Who is page. it is the only way to end it.

===eNom is SPAMMER Central===

ICANN rules state that a registrar is responsible for obtaining valid registration information from their clients. The problem is that ICANN does nothing to enforce the rules and eNom lets anyone who can pay register as many domains as they want. And, they allow them to run through all the domains even though I report the SPAM and the fake registration information. Internap, which hosts eNom.com, has shown up on stopbadware.org's list of top 5 hosting providers hosting large numbers of the sites listed in their "Badware Website Clearinghouse." eNom themselves are the host for many of these sites. You would think Internap would wise up and kick eNom off of their network--I guess criminal spamming pays too well. Well over 50% of the SPAM I receive comes from a domain registered by eNom. eNom.com, Moniker.com and Joker.com have to be the 3 top SPAMMER registrars. If ICANN would step up to the plate and enforce their rules, it would be a lot harder for a SPAMMER to make a dishonest living.

===Awful===

I've found eNom to be the worse company I've dealt with in my life. Arrogant, stuck up and downright thieves. eNom could give DELL's customer support line a run for it's money, at least at DELL they reply. This company is still trying to charge me $200 for my own domain, they even renewed it a further year so I couldn't have it for even longer.

DO NOT DEAL WITH ENOM!.

===Illegal Business Practice===

Let’s say there is a hurricane that blows down your home.  You go to get wood to build it up or gas to run your car and the price has now been multiplied by ten times.  This is price gouging and is illegal and unfair business practice.  Enom has applied this concept to domain renewals through their own reseller, whom went out of business, as well as their current practices (June 20th 2007).  Enom and Registry fly were in business together and have had some of the same billing issues.  Enom denies this, but it is a true fact based on lawsuits and my own personal experience with their management team lying and stealing from people who do not know any technical jargon. Do not deal with this company.  Yes, they are very nice on the phone and nice people, but what they are saying is one thing and what they do is another.  They are thieves.  I spoke with Brendon out of the Seattle office and caught him in lies and let him know.  he really had nothing to say except to send an email to Enom.  I am providing my number below to show this is a true and legitimate complaint.

===Not that awful===

Much easier and faster if you go through a reseller try me [[RedLink.com]] and you will never be disappointed.

===Not that awful===

I am familiar with others and eNom is by far one of the best registrars out there.

===Diligence of domain owners===

I have over 60 domains with eNom and have had nothing but good experiences. They always send me email with plenty of notice when any of my domains are scheduled to expire. No registrar is to blame if the domain owner doesn't renew their domain in time and it expires.

===Customers Beware===

eNom does not have a process in place to assist domain owners when a reseller goes out of business.  I registered a domain with an eNom reseller.  Several months ago the reseller went out of business and getting control of my domain took six weeks, several phone calls, and numerous emails.  I knew getting my domain back wasn't going to be easy from the first email:

''Hello, I am the owner of record for the domain DOMAIN.ORG which I registered through one of your resellers, Vincent Elisan of jv-hosting.net.  This reseller has gone out of business and is not returning phone calls or emails.  Please tell me how I can regain control of my domain?''

Their response was:

''Hello, This domain is currently registered through one of our resellers, information below. You will want to contact the reseller for account information and domain assistance as you do not have a direct eNom account.''

It went downhill from there…

'''MY DEALINGS WITH ENOM'''

After reading Chris Sheridans post from Enom I wrote to him about a problem I was encountering with namecheap.com which turns out it seems ,to be my email account not accepting theirs.

Any way being a little frustrated I searched the web for how to deal with my particular percieved problem and I discovered this page.Some nightmare tales as I was reading through ,and then I discovered Chris´s post.

So I took him up on what he wrote about getting in touch with him, and he got straight back to me. And I mean straight back to me.This was yesterday folks.And today everything is as it should be, problem resolved.

I know it can be a harsh world out there ,but not everyone is out to create problems. So rather than thinking bad or the worst straight away and being led by emotions (which can be difficult I know) Aproaching situations in a clear ,mutual polite manner can move things on a little quicker.

Security of ones property is taken very seriously by people one pays to look after it , and one can go round in circles and feel put upon when these security measures are used against you. when in fact if you step back and just think, what if it was someone else pretending to be you asking or demanding something which is not theirs for the taking.Well then me thinks one would be glad that life is made a little difficult for that person.Thats how I see it anyway.

Its always harder to take when its you.

Anyway the main point is that my situation was addressed finally and in a fair calm and polite way and for that I would like to thank Chris for taking time out  and backing up his words.

Thank Chris.
