- This site really went downhill in the last few years. Requests for help with their system and system errors is "zero". When glitches occur, errors, problems with the board or user accounts, Voy.com does not take any action to fix the problems and does not reply to requests for help. Terrible system
- This company allows individuals to create chat forums used to anonymously attack and slander others.
The owners/moderators of the boards are kept anonymous. The owners of the company (voy.com) refuse to reply to any emails or phone calls. They do not supervise the system, and claim no responsibility for the harrassment, stalking, libel, broken families, false accusations, and general harm done by these sites. This company is the perfect example of what can be done wrong on the internet.
