Here's a description from the link above of the impression Tagged.com made on one user:
"has anyone heard of this tagged, , ? somehow this company went into my computer and got my email addresses of my friends, family and sent them all a email stating it was from me and to be my friend by clicking on the tagged web site ! This is nightmare !!!! How do I report this company for fraudulent practices ?"
