Spammers - which explains why 30-something CEOs are getting multiple emails for a "teen networking" site. Why is their ISP letting them get away with it? Why is their ISP ignoring their TOS? Why not call them and ask?

'''Tagged - Helping Destroy the Internet''' would be a fitting tagline for these bottom feeders.

I am curious about a company who when I do a Whois has their address listed as a P.O. Box.  I mean don't all those folks working in a P.O.Box get cramped? :)

Also what information are they collecting on people who get email from their site saying they have been "tagged"?

From what I have read and understand of their T.O.S. and privacy section it seems to be more about relieving them of most if not all responsibility.  It also lists arbitration as the recourse the member has.  This system is costly to the person filing the complaint and keeps it all out of the public record.  American Arbitration Association is not a court of law so you have to trust a nonlegal entity to decide.  They also say you have to file within one year or forfeit any recourse.  It could take some people more than a year to save up just for the filing fee.  There is nothing I could find about the recourse of a nonmember of their site.

The popularity of sites like this and the privacy you give up concerns me.  I think it should concern others too.  Schools and companies are checking the web now for information on people applying to them.  What you say or do now could hurt you later.  From "I am curious" to the end of this sentence are my feelings and opinions based on what I understand from reading the "tagged website".  Take it for what it is worth I guess.
