Maximum class size is four people.

Registration is for the full 9 or 10-week session, Jan 5th - Mar 21st. Because classes are limited to 4 people, I am unable to offer refunds or makeups (unless space is available in another class). Drop-ins are only accepted if space is available. Please call ahead. If you are in a regular class and cannot attend a session, please let me know by email or phone as soon as you know so I may offer that spot to a person dropping-in. Classes that fall on a holiday will be refunded or credited for the following semester. Any class without at least two people registered will be canceled.

• One-hour body rolling, pilates mat, MS Fit classes
  • Session w/9: $117, w/10: $130
  • Drop-in $16 (space-available only)

• Hour and a half yoga & one-hour Awareness Through Movement classes
  • Session w/9: $135, w/10: $150
  • Drop-in $18 (space-available only)

• One-hour pilates reformer and exo chair classes
  • Session w/9: $198, w/10: $220
  • Drop-in $33 (space-available only)

• One-hour pilates reformer and mat classes
  • Session w/9: $153, w/10: $170
  • Drop-in $22 (space-available only)
