Who
Why we're doing this
Helping the wiki community become self-aware is part of AboutUs being a good wiki community member, contributing to the Commons. This effort also is great outreach for AboutUs. There are lots of wiki people that love what we're doing, once they know about it, and working together is a great way to find out about AboutUs and what we're about.
We know we are done when
When the first UniversalWikiEditButton is adopted, we're done with phase one.
Actionable Tasks
- Coment on every person that's a YES to ask them if they are still a YES and see if they want to be a facilitator.
- Facilitators: Comment on every person that's a NotYet to find out their current concerns, given the change in frame to "good enough for v0.1"
Maybe we list here the ones still to do and strike them when done?

Check Category:Participant to be added to the poll for new participants and add them to the appropriate participants list, clean up their page, and remove the category.
