Why we're doing this

Helping the wiki community become self-aware and contributing to the Commons are intrinsically good things. This effort is also great outreach for AboutUs. Lots of wiki people love AboutUs once they learn about the values that drive it.

We know we are done when

When the first UniversalWikiEditButton is adopted, we're done with phase one.

How can I help?

If you'd like to help with facilitation of this process, you can do it, quite simply! Here's how:

• In another tab or window, go to UniversalWikiEditButton.
• Take a look at the people on the Not Yet list.
• Click on the "edit" link next to one of those people.
• Is there's already a comment to that person asking about UniversalWikiEditButton#Good Enough For Version 0.1 change of frame and moving forward?
  • If yes, add their name to this list:
    • MarkDilley
    • SunirShah
    • SameRose
  • If no, go ahead and add a comment and then add their name to the list above.
• Repeat for as many people as you'd like to help with.

Actionable Tasks

• Coment on every person that's a YES to ask them if they are still a YES and see if they want to be a facilitator. done TedErnst 08:36, 3 July 2007 (PDT)
  • Facilitators: Comment on every person that's a NotYet to find out their current concerns, given the change in frame to "good enough for v0.1"

Check Category:Participant to be added to the poll for new participants and add them to the appropriate participants list, clean up their page, and remove the category.
