Hermes - Delivery is easy for them because they leave parcels in you back garden they don’t waste time waiting to catch you at home. Hermes - they twice have delivered postcards stating parcel left at rear and both time there has not been a parcel. We notified them the first time it happened and two days later they did it again - Incompetent service. A very dissatisfied Customer
