Indonesia Matters primarily focuses on the relationship in Indonesia between the state and its agencies, and organised religion. More of this on the About page.
The site is broken up into a number of different sections, these being:
There is also a section for stories in bahasa Indonesia, which contains Indonesian language translations of articles.
Additionally there is section with a ranking system of the Top Indonesian blogs, broken up into language categories, blogs in English, blogs in Indonesian, and blogs in Javanese.
