Creating an account on AboutUs

allows you to edit pages
helps to identify you as a unique member of the community
give attribution to your work
customize your preferences
set your watchlist
upload images
and more.

Creating an account is easy!

At the upper-right hand corner of every page, you'll find a button called Account.
After clicking that you should get a window that allows you to create the account.

Step-by-step

Fill in:
- your name
- your e-mail
- a password
- what you see in the captcha (this shows that you are a person, not a machine)
click Create account
