Go Daddy was there for us at 9 p.m. on a Sunday when we had to register a new domain name and move our Web site. We needed to be ready to receive email on Monday morning. I've been a customer with Go Daddy for over two years or so and over these past two years, I can honestly say, I have received some the best customer service I've ever received from any company. One of the aspects I focus on with my company WebMarketingAdvisors.com is teaching clients not only the value of excellent customer service, but how to provide it as well. Far too many companies can't even grasp the meaning, let alone, actually providing great service. As far as I am concerned, GoDaddy is in an elite crowd of companies who get it!

Comments on GoDaddy
I frequently use GoDaddy for domain registration, as its prices are very competitive (for many TLD's, but not all), and its user control panel is very full featured (if not a bit complex to learn at first). GoDaddy needs to improve in the area of hosting customer technical support. The support is fair, but not very high level when you need it to be. Prices may have to be increased to accomodate a true tier 2 support department, but it would probably be to GoDaddy's advantage.
