- Currently, the TCM profession is in a transitional phase which will last approximately two to three years. During this time, the transitional Council will develop registration requirements and register members, develop practise standards including what are considered acts of professional misconduct, and other necessary work that will allow the College to fully operate. Once the transitional Council completes its work, the College will have the tools to fully regulate the practice of TCM in the public interest.
