Community Reviews
In addition to not providing shipping estimates or tracking, Dennis does not respond to emails and when he receives a phone call wondering where the mattress is that you paid for and he cleared, he berates you and says he doesn't have time for this just before hanging up in your face. When asked for a refund, he simply responds that he'll give a refund on his own time.
Avoid this company at all costs.
