As of 2001 India census,[1] Adiramapattinam had a population of 57,697. Males constitute 48% of the population and females 52%. Adiramapattinam has an average literacy rate of 69%, higher than the national average of 59.5%; with 53% of the males and 47% of females literate. 13% of the population is under 6 years of age.

The resort is located 5 km from Adirampattinam Bus station, and 3 km from Adirampattinam Railway Station and ECR National Highwary.
More than 3000 people visit this beach every day.[citation needed] Particular Friday to Sunday. More than 7000 people visit per day. The people of Adirampattinam are expecting from government side.
