9Templates.com is nothing but a site that ILLEGALLY offers other designers vBulletin styles and skins for download. I know because he has several of mine, as well as several of Johns' from vBSkinworks, also some from Minerskinz.com
I have demanded that he remove my skins and thus far he has refused. He's been reported to his host, to Pirate Reports, and to other authorities.
