Dr. Geelan graduated with honors from Oregon Health Sciences University (OHSU) Dental School. He is a lifetime member of the Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Dental Honor Society. He served for three years in the National Health Service Corps doing public health dentistry prior to starting his practice.

Dr. Geelan has participated in many volunteer dental opportunities including: Compassion Connect, Baby Day and Celebration of Smiles. Dr. Geelan shares a passion for caring for people with his wife, Mary, who works as a social worker in the Portland area.
