I am working with a small team on Nurture, a consultancy to help people build organizations for social change. We offer consulting and coaching around:
* leadership skills * organizational development * resource management * visualization of what's there (current resources) and gap assessment to what is desired * reframing and opening up new possibilities

blooming/harvesting - coaching nonprofit leaders and entrepreneurs around social purpose organizational development and personal issues.
currently cultivating/budding - classifield - video web portal for creating nurturing community to entrepreneurs and nonprofit leaders (contact if interested) - consulting - individuals and orgs can hire Nurture (includes Michael Maranda and Anne Marie Bellavance) (appreciate referrals) - process for field building - conversation and research into process, exploratory learning journey -- maybe not yet a "project" - (appreciate resources about field-changing)
