   I am working with a small team on Nurture, a consultancy to help people build organizations for social change. We offer consulting and coaching around:

       * leadership skills
       * organizational development
       * resource management
       * visualization of what's there (current resources) and gap assessment to what is desired
       * reframing and opening up new possibilities 

   We help people manage resources and develop collaborations so that the most social good happens with least waste with the easiest flows and the most rewarding experiences. Many of the people and groups we work with are not deeply funded, so it is critical for them to leverage their social and network resources to maximize their outputs and optimize their financial flows.

   - coaching nonprofit leaders and entrepreneurs around social purpose organizational development and personal issues. 

   currently cultivating/budding
   - classifield - video web portal for creating nurturing community to entrepreneurs and nonprofit leaders (contact if interested)
   - consulting - individuals and orgs can hire Nurture (includes Michael Maranda and Anne Marie Bellavance) (appreciate referrals)
   - process for field building - conversation and research into process, exploratory learning journey -- maybe not yet a "project" - (appreciate resources about field-changing)

   seeds

- collaborative building is in research phase; appreciate resources about co-working and other models for collaborative spaces.

   - book about leadership--> there is a critical shift in the way we practice collaboration, not just the tools, but the in practices we now have for "servant" or "service" style leadership. appreciate resources about leaderships styles that nurture and writers on the topic willing to submit essays.
   - mapping software, appreciate links on visualization and mapping tools like xigi.net.

In the garden of tomorrow - extended online community site; watching wagn interacting with currency tools, developing list of tools appreciate links to web 2.0 communities for social purpose enterprises.
