Dishonest and unprofessional, W-serve offers poor quality service and neglects the needs of the customer. Having calling the info hotline to talk with a representative, the operator tells you the representative is not available or out for lunch and then when you ask for Tom, the owner, your representative miraculously returns from his thirty-plus minute break. Despite charging over thirty dollars per month, w-serve does not perform updates as requested. W-serve will not transfer your domain and registers your domain under w-serve's name, making your domain "legally" theirs.
