Furthermore, he has hands-on knowledge of relational databases, particularly, DB2, Oracle, SQL Server, and MS Access; as well as the OLAP tool Business Objects. His expertise in evaluating and implementing ETL concepts and third-party tools such as IWay Data Integrator's ETL tool, Informatica, and Ascential Data Stage have provided business clients with the technology they require for today’s computing systems. Additionally, he strives to ensure that organizations meet key service indicators and key performance indicators through initial implementations and upgrades of their database knowledge systems.

Educational and Professional Training

James Peter Gillum holds a Bachelor in Business Administration (BBA) degree with a concentration in Computer Science from Kent State University, and a Master in Business Administration (MBA) degree with a concentration in Information Systems.

In June 2008, JP Gillum began pursuing a PhD in Applied Management and Decision Science (AMDS) with a specialization in Knowledge Management from Walden University. He is also a member of the Data Management Association (DAMA), and the Project Management Institute (PMI).
