Description

Bear Camp Grill is located in beautiful Wears Valley and nestled in the foothills of The Great Smoky Mountains. Did you know we have one of the largest black bear populations in the United States? In addition to black bears, wild turkeys, white tailed deer, wild boars, elk, and many other wild life species.

In the early days, there were many bear camps in the Great Smoky Mountains, serving up fine food to the many hunters that camped in the mountains. We hope our Bear Camp will be the same travelers' haven that the early camps were - where you can enjoy fine food and real southern hospitality.

While visiting the beautiful Smoky Mountains, be sure to take a scenic drive Cades Cove and see how the pioneers lived in the late 1800's and early 1900's. The Cove had a population of over 600, and you can still visit some of their homes and churches. You can also rent a bicycle or hike the 11 mile, one-way loop road through the Cove.
