H2O~FIT has been in business since 1994, offers 18 aquafit classes at three locations, 15 diaper-fit classes at two locations, and has one of the best aquafit instructor teams in the city. Our classes involve deep and shallow water exercises using aqua-belts, noodles, training tethers, hand-buoys and stretching straps, set to a variety of upbeat music, in pool temperatures of 84-90 degrees.
